- Initiate your return online to receive a prepaid USPS label via email.
- Pack items in original packaging, attach the label, and ship.

- Contact Customer Care to arrange a Rapid Exchange.
- A new order will be placed with complimentary shipping, and a prepaid label will be provided for your return.
- Your original payment method will be charged for the new order, then refunded once the exchanged item is received.
Price Adjustments
We honor price reductions within 14 days of purchase for sale or full-price items. One adjustment per item. Reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
